It's 420

Re: It's 420

You know guys I thought of myself as a bit of a loner. Being the sole member of the Randy Marsh Fan Club, I was a one-man wolf pack. But when I saw Tsuyu post in this thread a few hours ago, I knew he was one of my own. And my wolf pack... it grew by one.

So there... there were two of us in the wolf pack... I was alone first in the pack, and then Tsuyu joined in later. And then six minutes ago, when this thread introduced me to Gikoku, I thought, "Wait a second, could it be?"

And now I know for sure, I just added one more guy to my wolf pack.
Three of us wolves, running around the desert together, in Las Vegas, looking for strippers and cocaine. So tonight, I make a toast!

In response to people arguing that it will lower crime rate, i believe not so.

With the legalization, the legal weed will have restriction and grown naturally. It is likely though that stronger weed (with mixes of chemicals) will continue to sell on the street.

Not necessarily, I buy homegrown stuff, I know most of the people that I smoke with buy homegrown, and I've only ever gotten imported bud once. That way you can easily regulate your own cannabis - looking at the cannabis referendum in California for example, you could cultivate your own to your degree of strength etc.

I mean an example of this is when America legalized alcohol after the prohibion, there was still bootlegging with moonshine..

True, but if you could make your own alchohol surely you could make whatever? People only buy the 'Super skunk' because they think it would be better value, I honestly agree that legalisation would shift cannabis ideas from the drug cartels to people that grow it and know what they talk about.

Also youth that want to rebel will just find another drug to replace marijuana

Heard of Mcat? It's all the rage with teenagers around my age in Britain (I don't do drugs (Weeds a herb.) though.)

Re: It's 420

Thank you Nurple.

When prohibition ended, you saw a drop in OD's from Alcohol, a drop in violence and overall a drop in crime. You say that there were still people going after moonshine and there was still violence, well yes because it's still on the black market.

Criminals made the money from moonshine, and if someone stole your money when you were trying to buy moonshine you couldnt go to the cops and tell them, so the result is they took it into there own hands which results in violence.

Over 30,000 people a year die from JUST drinking it (OD). Over 400,000 die every year in america from tobacco. 0 have ever died from marijuana alone.
