Knothole Island Augments

Ok I have a problem regarding the augmentation of my master flintlock pistol. Firstly, it has four augment slots and i bought so many good augments from that store in Knothole Island. The problem is that I don't know if several of the augments with similar effects can stack on top of each other. Right now I have Luck and Skill, Luck and Life, Devastation Augment, Lucky Charm Augment, and the Its not Luck Augment. If i for an example used the Luck and Skill augment with the Luck and Life augment, will I get the benefits from both and will I get the damage increase from added together? I hope that someone understands my rather annoying question and trys to help lol
