Knothole island Help.

In the Ice Shine, there is a narrow passage way, and then it opens up to a larger area. In the passage way, near the open area, my dog always barks that there is a Treasure. But I see no treasure.
Do I have another glitch or is there some way of finding this treasure?

I'm new here, and I'm also getting that same glitch in my game.
Good to know I'm not the only one with the same problem.
If it's just a glitch, then I guess it's just that, and I see no way of fixing it currently.
Guess I just have to cope with it.
