A) I dont think there is a town crier in KI from what I gather this is just a glitch such as the blacksmith shown as being most places on some people games (sometimes both blacksmith and town crier). If there is I sure as heck aint found him.

b) Microsoft points are just MS's online currency that you can buy and somehow earn (dont know how myself... special promotions etc I believe).. From what I understand there are 2 ways to buy them.. online with a credit card and from a few local retailers (game shops like EB games and JB Hi-Fi etc.) 800 points is about $10 American roughly... thats the basics but do a google search to get more info.
