An MMO would not work without grinding or leveling, those are the ONLY things keeping people interested and continuing to play the game, if those things were not in, no one would continue playing, and there is no 'cure' for MMO games, they all follow the same pattern because they work.

I don't think it would be a full MMO but I've always thought it would be cool to have an MMO area. Like an MMO island or something, complete with an auction house for proper online trading.
