It will very likely happen but it sounds like Lionhead will be working on some DLC before that happens

They could always release some modding software for Fable II on the PC so you can transfer it to Xbox... THAT is what would be cool

you know i think its might take them 2 FRECKEN years not like one because they porbably want ppl "like me" to go buy an xbox360 just for fable 2 to milk it ya know. their being such a stick in the mud <=o
