Legendary weapons? Reset?

I was wondering, if i were to create a new game (either on my profile or indeed a new one), would the legendary weapons be the same or would they randomly reset and have different ones. Not just in different places but a different set of weapons?
not because im a perfectionist and want the legendary weapon achievment or whatever.....i just want a bit of variety when i re-play it (and i will).

yes the weapons will be different on a new save obviously you may have a few that were on the other save as there are 2-3 shops, but yes i think i had all different on my second save, except mayb 3 hope this helps

obviously you may be unlucky and get quite a few same weapons =/
