I hope there will be legendery weapons in this game too, I remember when i played through fabel 1 the first couple of times, after those times i just ran around collecting ALL the legendery weapons, i thoght it was so mutch fun and i would love to do it in fabel 2! It made fabel one of my all time favourit games!

Lionhead have actually confirmed a 8 barrel shotgun. But could that be a legendary weapon? I think so.

Cutlass Bluetane was one of my favorite weapons too, only Harbinger was cooler in my opinion.
8 barrel shotgun you say... a little overkill if you ask me, 8 barrels seem ridiculous.

I didn't ever use the Legendary Weapons. I was actually ****ed that I couldn't sell them to any shop. It showed a price for like 40,000 gold that if they WOULD buy it thats how much they would buy it from you for. I couldn't find anyone that would buy it from me.

I'm a fan of upgrading weapons, like in Dark Cloud (2), I think thats more fun and can have interesting outcomes. In Ninja Gaiden you could buy this practice katana that was made out of wood that didn't do any damage, but when you upgrade it all the way its the best sword in the game.

That sounds interesting.
On a side note: many ninjas actually used wooden swords, because a)in skilled hands, it was just as deadly b)it was much lighter and c)easier to carry/conceal.

Too bad you can`t upgrade weapons in Fable 2. Augmentations are the only way. In Fable TLC, there weren`t any free aug slots.

Haven`t seen Samurai X, is it any good?

Yeah it is a good show. Rurouni Kenshin is the Anime series and Samurai X was the movie. They were banned from using real katanas in the villages, so they carried wooden katanas.

I wasn't too impressed with the weapons in Fable. I only used 2 at the most, mainly because By the time I got any Legendary Weapons I had the Solus Greatsword. The second time playing I got the Dollmaster's Mace, which was cool because I could use my Physical Shield and regen mana.

I hope that if they have legendary weapons they keep mana augmentations, my weapon will look awesome but it's purely ornamental, all it's for is keeping the magic flowing It annoyed me that the frying pan had the most aug slots, not exactly the most impressive weapon to have full mana augmentations on.....

I also mostly used Solus Greatsword. and it was so easy to obtain using the money making clitch.
I might have to look up Samurai X.

O.k. for those who don't have the game yet, there are legendary weapons, but none survive the aproximate 500 year gap between the games oddly enough Therisia, your sis form fable 1, is still around, and her eyes are much better. there are legendary weapons, the assault riffle from halo is on knothole glade island, which is now a small land mass, some what. but that's downloadable content. at least there are guns now.

he posted that EXACT same thing in the tavern on a thread having absolutly nothing to do with fable or fable 2. why are some people uncapable of reading anything more than a title? or in this case, ANYTHING? seems like if the title says the word "weapon" he sais that. bot perhapts? i dunno.
