i got the LE and i have halo Armour (selling it) but where is the he Hall of the Dead’ Dungeon, and the ‘The Wreckager’ Legendary Cutlass Weapon???

they are seperate things the sword is on the floor of a dungeon and the dungeon is just a dungeon...

The Hall of the Dead dungeon is entered via dive spot off of the central pier in Bloodstone, and like sogen202 said, the Wreckager is at the end of the dungeon.
