I transferred a Sandgoose from my main hero to my second hero, and I kept all the augments..

If a person has had the weapon before, it will have the same upgrades as their first one had if they get another one. If someone gets a weapon that they have never had before, they will get the same upgrades on it as the person who traded it to them.
