This reminds me of bleach, what with Ichigo, Zangetsu and the hollow. Frank is the Hollow, Paul is Zangetsu and you're Ichigo.
All you need to do is get into mortal combat with Frank inside your head and teach his ass who is boss.
Or think, instead of Jesus, what would Paul do?
Its your brain so maybe when Frank starts talking you could think about Paul and then he might take over Frank? Not sure about this one.
