Yeah, I think that's the idea but all you need to do is press the start butten and be swept immediately to your "sanctuary" and change it, which you can do at anytime, so it's not that horrible.

I'm pretty sure it was one gauntlet on each arm. If it had been rings now...

Of course, but as long as I get to nuke baddies, I don't care if it's only two gauntlets. :lol:

This decrease in Magic, while technology increases, pretty much resembles my theory of Magic versus Science (which probably only works in uh, fables, however. But still): Civilizations that used to have some kind of magic, start to develop in their technology, and thus becomes the point of attention. This makes the appearance of magic disappear. Obviously, one that masters magic, while having high-tech equipment should be one baddass person...

On topic, however: I like magic! I don't want it to weaken/work this way! (I also don't want it to be overpowered of course. *cough*the Evil Pentagram of Soulsucking Horror*cough*

I always wanted a more effective mind controlling will ability for Fable, I know theres turncoat & chaos but what I really want...More than ANYTHING EVER...

I just want to be able to use mind control on Reaver in Fable 3 & make Him shoot the only person He gives a damn about: Himself, where do I make Him shoot Himself You ask? (You guessed it folks.) Right in the Balls!!!

it makes sense that magic would be weakening
the heroes have been pretty much wiped out, and I doubt there's enough people with hero blood
and in the people who do have hero blood, its probably pretty diluted, hence the need for the gauntlets

I wonder if we can pass a law that states the Heroes must marry other heroes to strenghten the bloodline...

If diluted Hero blood would be a role in this, please explain me where William Black's blood came from. It's obvious that he was the first one, while his parents didn't have hero blood at all. At leas, that's what I believe, because Tales of Albion should pretty much start with the first hero, and if William Black's , mother or father would be one with hero-blood, then that should be revealed, right?

There could be multiple explanations, such as an unknown weird phenomenon of magic, from outer space/the void/a parallel dimension/certain combination of mana-flows.
Or one of his parent (or both) was a hero after all, they just didn't know, or were trying to hide it.

Point is: If hero-blood is getting weaker, because of breeding with nonhero-blood, I would like to know were Hero blood came from in the first place.

PS: Is your avatar an image of Barragan(Bleach)? It sure looks like him, but the crown looks a little different...

Gauntlets... Why Gauntlets...? Rings would have worked... But add kinect to gauntlets and... Badassery.

but then you could have a bit to many rings like thats potentialy 10 rings thats ten different spells to mix and match and did fable 2 even have that many spells

I'm not bothered that magic is weakening, although I should admit that I'm an avid fan of casters. The idea that the hero requires gauntlets in order to use his/her spells sounds good to me, because it's an advantage, I'm aware that almost nobody in the world could match me in my magic skills, giving me a huge advantage in battles and combat.

Sry... it was actually an answer for some other post, but I don't know why it showed it here >.<
Anyway... yes... it's Baraggan Luisenbarn from Bleach... 2nd Espada...
Reason why his crown is a bit different is because this was before he became an arrancar...
I like his arrancar crown better even though this is not that bad also...

And uhm, yeah. I don't like magic weakening, too.
