Master Hammer: where is it?

I really want this hammer, but can't find one. According to the strategy guide, the Bloodstone and Westcliff weapon shops are a 4 star rating, which is the highest from what I've been reading. So they should have it, right? They have master versions of everything else. I've spent 20 weeks or so sleeping and checking these restocks, but it's never there.

If you have one, did you buy it? If so, where? Are these weapons very rare, or do I have to find one in a chest somewhere?

Regarding speeds and damages, can anyone give me a logical run-down on the best melee weapon? Note: I'd like to have 2 augment slots open, so I can add some damage plus augments. I think the artifacts with pre-determined powers are pretty disappointing.

atm the best Master Weapon ive found so far is the Master Cleaver ^^

They are not rare, i found a vendor called "heavy weapons vendor" in brightwood that sells the master hammer,along with 2 other vendors, 1 sells assasin coat the other sells womans rare clothing, they are all in brightwood near the front gate near the open plith where u can put a statue of urself

Edit: I found a M Hammer in Bowerstone Square. It is currently the ONLY one I have EVER found. I also didn't notice this before: weapons of the same type can be sold as zero, one, or two augment slots. Thanks for this random ripoff! Not only have I found one hammer, I have to hunt for a 2 augment slot one. The strategy guide is confusing, as it states 0-4 augment slots, whatever that really means.
And I will make Brightwood a regular stop now, thanks pepsiman.

Ive got the master hammer. In a sale I got it for 3 000 gold Bowerstone Market.

So does anyone know how often the augment slots might appear as two? Is it like winning a lottery, or what?

One augment stone, and I'm getting off my initial topic here, that I want is the 'devastating' one. Can these be bought?

I have never found a Devastating augmentation, but you can get one similar known as the Luck Charm which adds damage and protects against damage as well.

It's possible that the weapons turn up in different locations, each game.

Just saw one at the blacksmith in bowerstone market with no Aug slots, was costing 21k.

i found the devistating augment in a silver key chest somewhere in wraithmarsh. havent seen it in any shops though.

Ok the only Devastion Augement in the game is in the silver chest in wraithmarsh also the best weapon i have ever found is in Oakfield Master Axe 2 slot augement but i heard there is a Master Hammer with two slot augement but that is very rare to find.

i got a two slot master hammer in bowerstone market it does like 102 or something like that. i just kept sleeping and checking the blacksmith

I have these:

• 1x Master Hammer - 0 Augment Slots
• 2x Master Hammer - 1 Augment Slot
• 1x Master Hammer - 2 Augment Slots

If anyone wants one, just let me know. I'll give 'em away free, but I wouldn't mind a hero doll (other than Theresa) in exchange for one (get hero dolls by getting second prize in the Westcliff shooting range, you'll get the same doll every time).
