Mic Adapter?

So I was wondering lately... If I was to get an adapter that allowed a headset to go from whatever that round jack thing is, to usb, would I be able to use it as a PC mic? And if so, what are the dimensions of a mic jack?

Just curious.

Cool. Thanks. I'll go look for one then. I was just wondering about the dimensions because headphone jacks and mic jacks are different size. :lol:

Hmmm... I'll look for one. I couldn't find one, but I'll look again when I have some time.
