Modern Warfare 2 Features 50 Cent Cameo

Whether you look at 50 Cent's official site, a Tweet from Infinity Ward's Community Manager, Robert Bowling, or even Bowling's words to Kotaku yesterday, it appears one thing is certain ... 50 Cent is making a cameo in the upcoming Modern Warfare 2 title.
Before you start the, "oh no, 50 Cent? double-yew-tee-eff!?" He won't be featuring in a starring role like Gary Oldman or Kiefer Sutherland did in World at War, instead, according to Bowling, he'll be "one of many squad voices" that features in the multiplayer and Spec Ops game modes.

Bowling stated that he'll be saying things like "Reloading," "Watch your fire," "I'm down, get me up!" and "Tango Down!" So nothing too complex ... although I can't imagine him saying it without his textbook expletive.

"He is one of quite a few casual cameos in the game, none of which I can name at this point ... Benji and Joel of Good Charlotte NOT being one of them. They're just good friends with Curtis and came along with him when he was here recently to check out his voice in the game."

Modern Warfare 2 is coming this November 10th, fresh with 50 Cent.

I'm not quite sure what to make of this, it could go either way. I just hope it wont be obvious and turn into an annoying repetitive catchphrase-type thing.

It could go no way, he's just gonna sound like a black guy from the hood and the army saved his life from crime and drugs.

I didn't even know Oldman had a role in WaW, he has a very generic voice...

What if he starts free style rapping as you're getting shot at?

Didnt think they would feature him as a character in the game, i mean that guy is a bullet magnet and you would just avoid him.
