Modern Warfare 2 Patch Yet Again

The latest patch for Modern Warfare 2 "drops a predator missile" on the infinite care package glitch and readjusts the shotguns yet again. Also, negative XP has been fixed and should be a thing of the past.

I don't think Modern Warfare 2 is living up to its name..

I really didn't see any problems after the Akimbo Models patch.

Care package glitch was a real pain in the ass but glad thats been fixed and i have had less server/host issues lately.

Are you talking about the exploit where people could run super fast with it in hand? I never use care packages, they seem like a waste of time for me cause mostly got max ammo and UAV, so didn't notice anything unnatural about that.

No. He means the infinite care package glitch.

My oh my, when are they going to realize a shotgun IS powerful and that it doesn't just have an effective range of 2 feet.

They should have just made them a primary and ditched the riot shield.

I agree, it's not like you can snipe with them. If your going to be downgrading any weapons they should take a look at some of those assault rifles.
But if they ditched the riot shield all the noobtoobers wouldn't be able to boost on their shields.

On the contrary the original 1887's could snipe players from like 30 yards away.

You seem to know alot about shotguns shiro....hmmm. How many people here use a shotgun, that they would be upset by the patch anyways cause I don't think it takes a much skill to use one.

I've never played MW2 before. I played CoD4 a bit and was quite good, sniped a lot and got 3-1 KD spread.

Shotguns are fairly tactical unless you camp with them. I usually use them on my 'rush' class.

You can do that in real life. :lol:
