More awesome Space stuff

Yeah, but it's also mostly empty.

That's also why the universe is beautiful.

I thought it was because of **** like this:

But what makes them so special is that they appear in a vast emptiness. If space was filled with these kinds of things, if we could already see a ton when we look up to the sky, would we really appreciate them as much as we do now?

I don't appreciate space, it's gonna be well after my lifetime before we can fully explore so I'll just stick with staring at the ground.

I wouldn't think so, the more common something is the less appreciated it becomes.

Course, if everyday people saw something like that floating around in the night sky, they'd commence a mass panic.

Makes me think of a giant Terminator watching us all...

It will be well after everyone's lifetime that space can be fully explored. That is: never.

My point is made. Do you see humans in any of those pictures? Nope. Therefore, it's beautiful.

Every beautiful space photo posted since the OP automatically loses to diamond planet.

Yep. A severe lack of humanity tends to improve a location's beauty.
You can't even deny that diamond planet is begging for a Walmart made of diamonds.
