Morrowind

So back when I was younger, I played Morrowind, an awesome game that I didn't really get.So I picked up my old copy today and began playing, and I suck humongous piles of arse.So any modding tips, hidden items, and the like that people can provide would be greatly appreaciated.

Re: Morrowind

Easy trick to levelling:

Play the game normally until you get enough money to make your own spells. Then make a spell that reduces the level of the skill you want to train (say Long Blade) to 0. Make sure you don't make a spell that's too hard for you to cast. Find someone who trains that skill, cast the spell and the training will only cost 1g. HOW GOOD IS THAT?!?!

Re: Morrowind

Heh, I've never heard of that one, though I use something similar. Basically, I buy Jack of Trades and Soul Trap right off the bat and create a series of spells that increase different attributes by a set amount (set to Self, obviously), and then using Soul Trap (set to Target). Doing this over and over increases your attributes permanently.

Either that or I use the debug console.

Re: Morrowind

Pick active skills only for maxed out bonuses and effective leveling.

Re: Morrowind

I haven't been able to break free of Modding the HELL out of morrowind for awhile, and I wish I had never discovered modding for it.I Just can't stay away from "CoC Balmora" or some such.I try to just use CoC after i've already discovered something, BECAUSE OF THE F---ING WALKING EVERYWHERE.
