MW2 Map pack details.

March 13, 2010 - Details about Infinity Ward's upcoming Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 map pack, titled the Stimulus Package, has been posted on the Xbox LIVE Marketplace website. This download contains five maps in total, two of which appeared in the first Modern Warfare title.

This pack will be available to download on Xbox LIVE starting on March 30. PS3 and PC owners will have to wait a bit longer. No price for the content was listed.

Here are the map descriptions:

Bailout - a multi-level apartment complex

Storm - an open industrial park littered with heavy machinery

Salvage - a snowy junkyard fortified by stacked debris and crushed cars.

Crash - a war-torn urban environment (CoD4)

Overgrown - features a massive dry creek bed (CoD4)

Aww man I used the M40A3 on both of those maps and I won't have it now. :(

I was sure it was going to be Crash and Overgrown that returned in the DLC :D Awesome Sauce !

i wish it was backlot and downtown (with the bus i think) is there anything else or is it just maps otherwise 800 points is not worth the download. i could get a good arcade game for that, or crappy return to ostagar and other junk.

I thought Crash had the bus AND the Copter, I don't know, I never played COD 4 really. I am not going to buy this map pack, I have learned I spend too much money on map packs, unless it contains more Co-Op content I have no need for it until my friends get the pack.

I wasn't a massive fan of Crash but I did quite like Overgrown. I'm looking forward to checking out the newer, unique maps too.

I was the other way around, didnt really like Overgrown but didnt mind Crash.

Gah! I hate Overgrown... But it made for some pretty sick S&D matches. I was hoping they would bring back Bloc. Epic sniping.

But I'm too caught up with BC2 to really even care about MW2.

I would like to see Crossfire if they decide to release anymore DLC and maybe bloc aswell.

Might not get them never got the cod 4 pack and on cod4 and I think cod6 if u don't got the pack u play with people who don't have it so that means no getting kicked for not having th pack . If anything I want shippment back as a small add on.

Cant wait for the matchmaking patch though, played yesterday and there was still some issues getting a whole party into a game without one of us being kicked each time.

Wait... it says March 13th up there, but it's march 19th and I havent seen them..

That is just when the news was released. I think the maps come out on the 30th.
