Katanas are cool, but i got sick of them, when i was obsessed with anime - i mean, does every japanese person ACTUALLY use one?!

Guns are cool though, but longbows are gone... i love longbows. I have never (yes never) used a crossbow on Fable.

I thought I did see something about polearms as well, I dunno if they ment spears or pikes or what, but I would love that, something a little different if they do. Pole arms isnt confirmed, just something I thought I saw somewhere.

Every single video of Fable 2 that I've seen consists of a character with a one handed sword and some sort of gun.


Is this what we're limited to? Or will there be Greatswords, Axes, Maces, Spears, Bows, or even fist weapons?

A list of all confirmed weapon types would be great.


Also... does anyone else think the melee combat system seems a bit boring and repetitive? Attack button, attack button, attack button, swing, swing, swing, swing, swing, swing

No combo's to learn? Cool attacks? Just normal slashes throughout the game?

hey man no way were just limited to swords and guns theres heaps of weapons iv seen some kick arse maces hammers and lot of different weapons, heres the pic of the hammer and mace and youd better appreciate it cause it took a fair bit of trouble to find it again.

Yeah but you longbow is now a gun. I loved the bow in fable. But i cant wait to see how the gun will be used.

you will have crossbows. but no longbows. i have seen a vid of a greataxe, so no worries there. hope this helped.

guns <3 I love pistols...pisotleers...with a long coat, a silver pistol, kind of like in one of the trailers, where one shoots it with a silver pistol in the mouth, with one of those long coats...and the other cuts it with sword, anyone remember that? Name of coat maybye?
