Hey guys, so was hanging out with family last week, and I put on my dads glasses for a laugh, and everything was a lot clearer. I though, "That was weird", and decided I should get my eyes tested. I've never had any problems with my vision apart from colour blindness so I thought I nothing was gonna happen. Turns out I'm longsighted by about 1.5 things. So I got some new glarses made just for reading. They arrived yesterday and I wanted to show you people what they looked like.

It gave me a bit of a headache putting them on for the first little bit, but I'm getting used to them.

Thoughts? What are your glarses experiences?

I can't see your pics, so sorry, but yeeeeeah. I got glasses when I was 12. My teacher told me to get my damn eyes checked because I clearly couldn't see the board (not in so many words, obviously) when I was 10. Held out for two years before I surrendered!

And, anyway, I'm nearsighted as ****. It's weird! At least being farsighted you don't become quarter-crippled when you remove your glasses. It makes things like swimming or riding coasters a pain in the ass. Finally gave in and got one of those dorky retaining straps and was able to see on a coaster without freaking out that my glasses would end the ride 300 feet below me and on the other side of a 10-foot fence.

Plus, it makes it harder to covertly check out innocent young ladies while reading. Unless I leave the glasses on while I read, hmmmmmm...
