Mysterious Door...

Ok... first thing is first, I had no idea which one to post this in (Discussion/help) so I decided since I am looking for answers... help would be the most sufficient... that aside...

Ok, I have been going completely bananas over this one little thing. I have completed Fable 2 95% now and I am sadisfied with the game inside and out and I am still tormented over this one little thing. The door of the Lion King...
In Rookridge there is a demon door and in that demon door there is Memory Lane. There are a few many things to go over but the one that stands out more than anything is the door with the lion attatched to the crypt just right of the treasure chest. I have examined this door over and over and found that it indeed does have the mechanisms to open and I have found throughout all my travels no other door that looks like this one. It is unique and I personally believe that it opens... but if it does, how? What I want to know is if it actually does open or you can do anything with it!

Has anyone else had any luck with this? I am sure there are more people itching to know the answer to this question...

I've opened several of these strange locked doors with expressions, I've heard that some of them also react to consuming potions, food or wearing a special outfit. Fable 2 is filled with easter eggs.

For the lion door..... maybe a lion tatoo or growling, perhaps gold dyed hair and outfit?

Yea... Everything in memory lane that you can see is something found somewhere else in the game. Even the place is after further reasearch I found that the layout for the area actually resembles a path off the road in brightwood. The only thing that doesn't fit is the door that is unique. I have found no other door in the entire game with a lion on it. It has a jewel in the eye as well, I'm wondering if that means anything at all... I have been searching all over the place and found nothing on it to further my research.

Well... It may be an easter egg from Lionhead... You know that thing you said about is an Lion... And the game is from Lionhead. Get it?

how can you not do knothole by yourself? You follow the glowing trail and flip a few switches, then afterwards you go search the Island for the books and you're done.

I havent seen the door myself but if it has one bejeweled eye, maybe find another jewel of the same colour ( like resident evil 1 ). If that works I kick ass, if it doesnt, it's not my fault lolz
