mystery ring

whats it do? i used it as a proposal infront of the oakfield demon door, and it acted like a normal ring. +10 good morality cuz it was a gift, but in the description it said itd make you super good and pure. did i miss something?

its really a decoder ring, when you use it it will tell you the location of the singing sword.

well i gave it to my first wife, and it sent me all the way good on my first good hero, i think it just takes you to the extreme of whatever purity you are aiming for

hmm i was 100% evil and 100% pure cuz i wanted the evil expressions, and i thought the ring would make me super good if i used it but it didnt change my alignment by 1 bit. had to waste that 1 mil gold and give it to my spouse

no, it just maxes whatever alignment you already have, if you are corrupt / evil it just maxes that, if you are good / pure it maxes that

You are suppose to give it to the person you want to marry. It makes your marriage last longer, by making them be more in love.

why not get family? my previous account i had like a family before i even it rookridge, and they are still there, loving me, and i didnt even use the mystery ring and my char is long done the game. im on my new one when i used it. either way tho im just not getting any kids till after the spire, cuz of the frozen kid glitch
