Hinata confesses her love to Naruto, just before she dies at the hands of Pain (I don't know if she's dead, but it seems so.) And Naruto goes crazy and gets 6 tails. Yes, 6! He gets a skeletal figure which is pretty sweet.

Ichigo is getting his arse handed to him by Ulquiorra's resurrection form, in the mean time Orihime asks Ishida to take her to the top of the dome. As Ichigo is getting battered, Ulquiorra mocks him.

My Suspicions of what's going to happen:

I think that Ichigo will near death, and his Vasto Lorde will take over as he did with Byakuya. While Ulquiorra gets battered by Hollow Ichigo, Ichigo will have one of those inner-body moments and learn some new stuff like cero or a bankai technique. This is in referance to Hollow Ichigo telling Ichigo that if he wants to control his powers, then he should stay alive until he comes back. Ulquiorra will be weakened enough by Hollow Ichigo so that by the time Ichigo regains control, he can beat Ulquiorra with his new stuff.

What do you think will happen?

Naruto: Having actually clicked the link, I can safely say Naruto and Pain look exactly the same except for the little piercings and Naruto's strange lines on his face. I've never read or seen Naruto, and I didn't understand what that guy did to that girl but it didn't look lethal.

Bleach: Ichigo's Hollow will come out, and basically what Urahara said except I think Oriime will obviously get involved some how.

EDIT: And what the hell is Ulquiorra doing in the last panel?

Basically Pain is deadliest ninja in the world, and he probably hit Hinata in the face with a massive amount of G Force and then stabbed her with a chakra stick (Basically a blunt object.)
As for Naruto and Pain, Pain is a doll, the body is someone from the REAL pain's past, reanimated with the chakra sticks pierced all over his body. Although they look uncanny, I think it's only a coinsidence as we already know who Naruto's mum and dad are - And Pain has Red hair compared to Naruto's blonde.

Bleach - I think Orihime will arrive half way through the fight, get hurt pretty badly and sit there sobbing while Ishida pees himself.

I think in naruto, naruto is gonna literaly overkill pein, I mean when he had sage mode he pwned almost all of his bodies, and as far as i know the nine tail chakra pwns sage mode! so pein is in for a whole world of eeerm well pain aah the irony. Then Rock lee and those noobs are gonna run in and try save hinata, also my big question is, WTF happened to kakashi?!?? you saw him meet his dad then it just stopped =/

and in bleach me thinks kenpachi is gonna just save ichigos ass.

Kakashi died. when he meets his dad it's like him meeting him in heaven or whereever. And Naruto will probably kill the pein doll, but there's still Nagato and the paper one left. But, think about it. Akatsuki exist to capture the tailed beasts, and pein is the most powerful Akatsuki. He probably has a few tricks up his sleeves.

And in bleach I doubt it, it's too personal and Kenpachi's already really hurt. Ulquiorra's fighting style doesn't match Kenpachis.

I think Hinata will survive to be honest. It's like when they went to chase after Sasuke and one by one Neji, Choji and whoever else pretty much died - or so we thought. They all got healed some how with family secrets.

As for NarutoxHinata, I think later on the makers will make them be really shy about each other, and therefore never be together and at one point they'll meet and get together. Sakura becomes a Tsunade and marries sake, and Sasuke stays with project eagle, and even further into the anime they attack what's left of konoha, kill some people, and there's a show down between the 3 sannin's apprentices.

I believe the ending will be somthing like you said only a little different, the three sannin aprentices become the new sannins and have one big face off with sakura being pretty much useless until the end, sasuke and naruto face off big style, a fight of epic proportions, during the fight naruto keeps having flsh backs and his emotions take control, unlockign all nine tails he releases the kyubi, and ends up not dead but without medical attention will die, sakura begins to help him when sasuke uses the power of the uchia clan to control the kyubi, madara ends up helping and all the other ninja's aid and try hold them off long enough to bring naurto back too life, after a long battle sasuke thinks he's one, but naruto gets up and uses almost kills sasuke but can't deliver the finshing blow, he then turns to the kyubi and uses the same technique his dad did, and seals away the kyubi dieing saving the remains of konoha, after that sasuke will be begging sakura to help him but she will deliver the final blow herself showing she has given up on sasuke and wont beleive his lies. Then they re-build konoha and konhamaru is the new hokage and has narutos goggles on his desk and it ends.

REALLY?!I thought(this is how I spell his name so don't correct or contridict me,ok?)Pein had orange hair?!Oh well.I don't read the manga and I don't know where to get mangas,but I watch the tv series:Naruto and Naruto Shippuden.Which Naruto series do YOU think is the funniest series?I'd say Naruto Shippuden,because of the first episode where Naruto is owned by Sakura when they meet:Naruto talks about his new pervert jutsu,then Sakura accidently compliments on that,then she knocks him 10 yards into the endzone!Funny times,funny times.Lol!

bleach: i'm not far in the manga (episode 23) but they should just make ichigo lose his soul reaper powers or something and he just lives on and is left out. (i have pity)

Why the hell do I read this... too many spoilers.
Anyway, I agree with the ones who say that Ichigo should die. Or better, get completely taken over by Hollow-Ichigo, because that guy is fun. Or just lose his powers and become a freeloader.
