to get back to topic: I think the graphics in this game look really nice.

Frostmourne;128444 said:Drakan, sorry, but I disagree with you both times. First, you say DBZ is the best anime. Actually, if that's your opinion, thats ok, but I feel it's the most influential. Then again, I was never living at the time of DBZ, so who knows
And am I wrong when I say that there are a fair amount of platform games coming out? I guess you don't like them? That's fine though, because I feel the same (i'm not a big fan of ps3 games...so far)...but platform certainly isn't dieing...looking at the gamers who play them, and the amounts of gamers who do play them.
In a previous post, Seph mentioned Crash Bandicoot. My answer:
I'm a huge fan of Crash.
though i'm not a Naruto fan, we'll just have to see how this turns out. Look at it this way, people who saw Lord of the Rings got introduced to the books because the movies were entertaining. Why not Naruto: Rise of the Ninja? (It's a bad comparison, but you get what i'm saying)
Dark Drakan;128447 said:Yeah it was my opinion and yeah i think platform games are a dying breed, as who can say they genuinely get excited for another Mario game these days thats a straight up platformer... they always have to add more to it to make it interesting as jumping from one place to another with same old, same old puzzles is getting really old and tedious and whole concept is showing its age. Also right to assume ive never ever liked platform games as they bore me.
Frostmourne;128453 said:That's why developers should show that they can change that. Hey man, look at it this way. At the time, Star Wars games weren't appealing well to the public....and I didn't enjoy RPGs that much. But when KOTOR came out...well, need I say more?
Everything you add in a game, you must reinforce it.
Dark Drakan;128455 said:Star Wars games have mostly been poor and reviewed poorly except KotOR and KotOR II which were excellent (though i havent played KotOR yet... sorry Hex ) They have also been poor ever since and only one thats shaping up to be good is Force Unleashed as it looks like its trying something drastically different (although id prefer KotOR III of course). I just think games of today shouldn't add to many platform elements to them and should expand more on things people haven't seen yet.
