Need a TLC or Oblivion Modder

I've recently been drawing/writing on my definition, of Phantom. Also thanks to Vero Caerso for the poems about The Phantom (bloody tops)
I'd like someone to mod Oblivion or TLC and put him in a game, again, that would be bloody tops.
My dream job is a concept artist (preferably for Lionhead) so a bit of concept art for the Phantom is my Profile pic
I would ask for a new race (on Oblivion that is stealthy and agile and I'd like some mint masks and stuff, and assassin coat *FTW*) Just some new clothes for TLC I suppose.

Just a tip... those may sound pretty simple but are much harder than you think, making a new race in oblivion with new meshes is bloooodddyyy difficult.

Thanks, I had no idea I did that. My Bad. Well yeah I had problems trying to get my picture onto the sig so i Tried to find loopholes or something, again my bad, I'll go fix it now.

I suppose you could just export the Wraith mesh in to the game, but I'm not sure how that would work.. For Oblivion BTW.
I'll try to use the wraith as a custom char. I'll update w/ details.

I'd like a mask (in the shape of Jack of Blades) and a top hat (like Charles in Fable II) and a decent ponytail haircut. Maybe ad horns and green eyes.
Tell me if its too big a ask.

How could I get a big version to show everyone, I used the photocopier to scan and upload it to the hard-drive, from there onto the profile pic, how do I make it my sig or put it on a post??

Upload it to like, photobucket or something, then when you post, click on the picture icon, and when it says put in a link, go to your photobucket, scroll to the picture, and copy the "Direct Link." Then, paste that in to the picture icon thing, and you are set.

Also, I dunno about the mask. I don't do armors much.

I could probably do that in morrowind, but I'm pretty busy with a project right now.
And yeah, like the others said, screw new race meshes. It wouldn't be compatible with any of the clothes in the whole game, no matter which game you're playing. You're probably better off just re-skinning an existing race, which isn;t that hard.

K I don't know anything about modding (that's why I need someone else to do it) so I just saw the Altair mod for Oblivion and I thought that would be the thing to do.
Just do what you see fit everyone.
Also read my Fanfic; "A Source of Demon's" in the Fable II Fanfiction, it could help for some ideas.
