The upper body is the Explorer's Shirt, and that's the Highroller's Coat. Not sure what the gloves are. Maybe bandit? Keep in mind that the coat is only available through Fable II Pub Games, or traded from someone who has Pub Games.

I think the gloves are the brodican queen gloves you get in Knothole Island DLC the rest of the outfit is just Explorer's clothes and the Highrollers Coat he also has an eyepatch and his hair is Untempt and poet beard so yeah.

What other coat is there that is sleevless because i cant get highroller coat

I don't think there is none. only if you count the ranger coat but it does make you look fat when wearing it. that's all I have for ya...:/ sorry...you could always ask someone here from the forums for a highrollers coat.
