ok I'm trying to get the achievement " ruler of albion" I no that you need to buy all the buildings and put the rent up and I've done that and still nothing I am close like 2.4 whatever but when I get close i start losing my money in real estate. Just to let you know ihave all the mansions and I think all of the buildings so what do I do??

You do not have to "put the rent up." Just make sure you own all of the buildings including castle fairfax. Some people have reported that they had to put better furnishings in some of their houses to get the achievement. I would suggest lowering your rent and furnishing some houses with luxury items and see what happens.

I agree with that, although im not worried about that achievement because i dont really want to waste my time doing that, i just want to own buildings so i can have some money if i need it, which is hardly ever considering that money gets useless after awhile.

if you put all the rent up the citys get poor-er P) thus all the property you own is not worth much, makeing it harder to own up to 2.5mill (or w/e it was) worth of property

Ermmm actually i got the achievment for just owning castle fairfax and everything in bowerstone old and new ...... :l
