need help how to make him look

ok, been playing fable 2 now for 2 days. and my dude is a woosy... ive been putting pts into phisique and toughness, and ive been eating but im not getting any bigger and when you start your like shorter than everyone, im trying to work towards a thick large armored male, with a bald scarred head and a goatee. kind of a "goldberg" in armor look...or the main character off gears of war...
i got the bald and goatee, and im working on the scarring but my guy wont get bigger, anyone know how to do it? especially taller if its possible.

as well as how do you give your character a pasty scarred evil look without growing horns? if you know

lvl accuracy for height and physique for muscle however unlike in fable 1 u can't get hulk muscles but ull be alot larger then most people

eat alot of meat to get bigger, not too much becausxe you will get fat

I think all meat does is make you fat in fable 2. >_>
