Need Help...

I'm not sure what I ate, but I can't exactly go take a poo.. everytime I push it kinda squirts and it's really liquidy, I haven't had to deal with this in quite some time but it's really bothering me tonight, is there anything I can do to help solve this or is time the only answer?

Eat a f*ck ton of sweet and sugary junk food. That usually makes me sh*t my intestines out.

Oh, I interpreted it as not much was coming out even though it was kind of liquidy. Whatevs.

A good amount of protein will help I suppose, along with carbs like bread, as Stranger suggested.

could there be an iron deficiency? I know having a lot of iron makes the fecal matter dark, sometimes black, and really hard. I have absolutely no idea for I am not a doctor, but I hope that gave some ideas for someone who knows about this stuff. You clearly haven't been eating well though. I have irregular bowel movements when I don't eat correctly for a while.

Never mind, I took some Idium AD? Or something I forget, but it fixed the problem.
