I'm new in modding, and i would like to know if the lenguage of the game could interfere with modding, because i have the spanish version of fabe tlc, and i'm not being able to istall the mods.

There might be some complications with non-English Fable The Lost Chapters. You should find the English game to assure that there are no problems with installing modifications.

However, this counts only for mods that add or modify entries into your text.big and language-related files. Modifications that don't interfere with this, will work without any problems.
