I think the question is answered, and yes it's a crappy sword but you get it in the beginning of the game. So logic that it's not a weapon with 91 dmg

What are the "Cold Comfort Farmer" and "Blind Date" quests? i need to do them to get the Enforcer.

And how do u get the "laugh" expression?

I was playin yesterday and i was in the Cemetery and i did an emote to a lady but this statue by me like pushed me away!!!!!!!

You'll just see them as you progress through the game. One of them is before the spire, and the other afterwards.

Laugh expression = 75% Purity, I believe.

There are statues dotted around the cemetery, and they require you to do certain expressions to unlock whatever they are for. You obviously used the wrong expression in its vicinity. It sends out a push spell type thing whenever you use the wrong expression.
