Pal, it's dead easy to get the Red Dragon and the Maelstorm.

Just use a master Flintlock Pistol on the range (Seriously, I got 150 with a rifle about 8 times, then 229 with the Pistol straight away.)

And for the Maelstorm, just get loads and loads of prostitutes form either Bloodstone or Old Town.

The thing is I want this for my main accoung (Pure good).. I forgot to get the Maelstrom BEFORE I did the quest to Destroy the Temple. So only way i can get it is if I buy it from someone.. Red Dragon I know is easy to get..but not for me I have done it many times and cant get more than 120.
