Mostly everyone has heard that saying flung around once or twice. It relates to the going to a fan signing or asking for a selfie on the street and you end up being disappointed with the attitude of whomever you're fangirling over. Maybe they're having a bad day. Fair enough. But it does tend to ruin your opinion on them. Also hearing something negative about them over the airwaves has the same effect.
For example, since The Witcher Netflix series came out I had a teeny, tiny crush on Henry Cavill. Then I learned he had a thing for younger women. Some a little too young and while it's true it was just rumours, for me the crush ended pretty quick. Not because I was too old for him(lol) but because ew, icky.
Any one else have any similar stories?
