First off, as you gain followers, the 'leaders' of that group are displayed as statues on the Road to Rule. You can see this when Theresa tells the Hero he already has two followers; Walter and Jasper appear on statues.
Not sure... but I THINK I just saw someone.... nevermind... that is way to much of a spoiler.... WAY to much.... but someone has an awful amount of time on their hands...
