Integrated anything means bargain basement quality, IMO. It'll do the basics and not a great deal more. I have integrated blah-di-blahs on my laptop and with something like the Sims with one expansion it gets laggy in places. It really will depend on the games you want to play, to be honest. If you are wanting to play something made in the last 4 years or so - something that is also on a console, for example - you'll be struggling hugely to make it work, if at all.
Don't know much about CPU's, to be honest, but regardless they won't be all that good for gaming because they are, by computing standards, pretty archaic.
ATI graphics cards are made for all types - they make great ones for custom rigs and basic-level ones for laptops. You'll get fanboys for ATI and Nvidia - both do the job, it's just personal preference. But with this laptop, don't expect too much.
