Re: No Scythe in Fable 3.

i missed searching for the archon in fable ii... it would be epic if the protagonists and scythe all gathered for something. another "weapon"

Re: No Scythe in Fable 3.

But there's a whole untapped piece of story that would make every Fable TLC player out there have that "OMG OMG OMG" feeling, which as we know, is the best feeling one can get from a game.

This news makes me a saaaad panda.

Re: No Scythe in Fable 3.

Honestly, I'm glad that neither Scythe nor Rose will be back in Fable III. However, I'm sure that they will be mentioned in some parts of the game. I prefer that the storyline moves into a good way and that the story of Fable III won't be complex or unclear like the two older games of the series.

Re: No Scythe in Fable 3.

I'm more afraid of the Fable games not having anything to tie them together, apart from their names. They need to have something substantial that connects them, and if they don't end up having that, then I will be very disappointed.

This.

Seriously, what did Fable 2 have to tie it together with TLC? Well, the Chamber of Fate, Bowerstone, and Theresa. That was it. Scythe would be a great way of tying the games together in a popular way, shame that he won't see a return in Fable 3.

But on the brighter side, Lionhead could be setting up a situation for Scythe's return in a later Fable, but Gradius1 did they didn't have any current plans for him.

As if Murgo is Scythe. And that guy at the start of Fable definitely isn't Scythe.
