Nothing saved!

I got very far in the game, and it kept saying auto save, but when I go to open autosaves it starts me out back at the very beginning! And even the saves I made further in the game are back in Oakdale. Am I opening them from the right place? Why is this happening?! Is there a bug in my game?

Are all your character stats,spells, and items still there? If so you may not have world saved and only Hero saved.

how far is "very far"?
if you made it through training at the Guild but hadn't beat the wasp queen yet, then it will make you go back to the beginning again if you quit...
I found that out the hard way once :getlost:

are u sure? it auto saves right after u graduate from the guild, and u need to pick up the wasp queen quest card....it gives u time to world save then....

I did the Wasp Quest and I was on a quest right after that to transport some traders.

I thought it auto saved. I don't think I have the world save option.

You have it between quests but it will change to Hero save when you are on a quest.

It doesn't allow you to world save until after you level up your first skill and the guild master sends you on your way.

Yeah, but you wouldn't be able to leave the guild until you do that, right?

Don't know. Never tried it. Just establishing when you're able to world save. ^_^
