I found it at Claussen's, but I have never bought from them so I can't vouch for their reliability. Fair warning - it is $175.00 for one throw pillow (yes, that is typed in correctly).

I am sure pretty much anywhere that carries Regents Row furniture would have them for sale though. I'm not sure I want to spend that kind of money on a throw pillow, but I thought the resemblance between the logos was remarkable. I thought of Reaver Ind. as soon as I saw it.

Yes, I too have often thought that Reaver was based on a pin cushion.
We should investigate this further for the sake of the labor force in Albion and furniture everywhere else.
