OH RAPTORJESUS I JUST BROKE MORROWIND.

WADDLEIDOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO?!?!?!
I jus tinstalled Vampire Realism and Multi-Mark mods, and now it CTDs when it gets to the "initialising data" screen!!
HELP ME!

Well, I've disabled them, but one of them was .EXE and i can't find all the files. i think it must have replaced something important. I don't wanna reinstall my whole game, I just made my first vampire :(

Try reinstall but keep saves, that way if it replaces the seemingly broken file you will still be able to continue.

Keep the saves and Reinstall the game. Basically exactly what Drakan said.

Ahh thanks guys ^^. Or, do either of you play morrowind? I think I know whcih file is missing, and if someone could email it to me along wiht where they found it, i could sort it out. It's iviaudio.ax, i think. Bethesda page says absence of it can cause a CTD on the Initializing Data sceen (which is my problem), and i can't find it on filesearch,

Technically illegal, so you should keep stuff like that to PMs. ^_^

And I don't play Morrowind, but I know Tsuyu does.

And my games crapping out on me too, it wont play any of the mods i installed.
And don't for the love of god ask if i have turned them on becase i have..

Do you have the scripted spells mod? you need that for the game to work with vampire realism.

Donno wut to suggest, uninstalling and reinstalling is the best option..

Bethesda has a history of making unstable games. Great games, but unstable. Your best bet is almost definitely what Drakan and droded said. Keep the saves and reinstall the game. It is almost garunteed to work fully and without the tricky fidgeting around with the inner files.

haha, for some reason, without really thinking about it, i just removed MORRO from the title. i'm sorry, i have no valuable information regarding this issue. i only ever played the game on Xbox. i just had to get my immature little revelation off my chest.

I play Morrowind, but I've only ever had problems with mods that put in new races.

I don't dare try those. I'm'a get sims 2 instead anyway, cos i#m into oblivion atm. I Frenzied ONE arcane university scholar, and she got about seven people killed lol. I just strolled about whistling and then picked up the enchanted weapons afterwards.

Sounds cool, in Oblivion I just like to be an assassin thief type thing. I'll try the magic one sometime. :thumbsup:

Magic is just rape in oblivion, it gets annoying in morrowind because you have ot put your weapon away, but god frenzy is fun in oblivion. and speedboat.
You know speedboat? Cast max Fortify Speed and Swift Swim on Shadowmere. Hilarious. Altogether now BRUMMCHUGGACHUGGACHUGGCHUGGGGGGA
