Ok, American drivers

Ok, any yank here (or anyone who's familliar with left hand drive cars). What order are the accelerator and brake (and clutch, if you've got one) in? In right hand drive, it goes from left to right, (clutch) brake then accelerator. Is it mirrored or the same for a lefty?

Re: Ok, American drivers

Hmm... Left hand drive means the car is on the left side of the road or the steering wheel is on the left side of the car?
In Estonia, cars drive on the right side of the road so its Clutch - brake - accel. So basically John is right.
Oh and I'm right-handed, but my left leg is way stronger than my right.

Re: Ok, American drivers

I think the term left hand drive means the steering wheel is on the left hand side.

Ok, thanks guys. I was just curious.

Re: Ok, American drivers

I'm basing this off AFL and making a whole bunch of wild implications, but since most AFL players a right footed, I would assume the ratio is the same as handedness.

Re: Ok, American drivers

When watching football (the one played with feet), there're a lot of guys who have a cannonball left leg. But then again, this can be trained/taught also.

Stand on the stronger leg to avoid falling. If I were to kick something around, I'd have to use my right. I imagine you would have to as well, Rotid.

True that.

And don't worry about your thesis, I think I already explained why my right is weaker than my left.

I'm a righty on both. I could never kick with my left leg.

Same here, although when I go to look through a telescope, camera, or to close one eye to see something better. I always use my left eye instead of my right eye to see..

What does that mean?
