Re: Online Co-op

Yeah but even if they could wander away you would still be the one with the safety switch so i don't think they could do that much damage apart from kill bandits and such so i reckon they should be able to peruse your world freely because that would be cool

Although i don't think anyone would want to take the safety off anyways i mean seriously Who is actually going to take safety off during an Xbox-Live Fable 2 session?

Re: Online Co-op

To clear up the split screen comment i made.

I meant that couch co-op is the Fable 2 version OF split screen as in the sense that you are on the same screen and same console. Not that the screen is actually split or anything like that.

(maybe even murder my buddy's family while he's busy elsewhere...) :P

You know what`s even better, complete his quests and slay the final boss... and show spoilers. That can`t be undone by creating a new character

Re: Online Co-op

I think that the camera stays focused on the owner of the world but that doesn't prevent the guest from wandering off. I thought I also heard that you can summon them back if they've gone too far.

yea i heard that too and was thinking it would be kind of a cheep way if your ally gets in danger just to press the button and have him get out of danger

Come on, think about it. Would you want someone to ruin your game? You can push a button, also if they get out of line. Sorry.

Re: Online Co-op

I can understand having to keep your guest under control, but just think how much fun it'd be, coming into a game, raping and pillaging, and then just leaving! Even if your host limits how much XP or Gold you get, the satisfaction would be enough for me. I guess I could do it on my own, but I doubt it'd be as much fun. It really adds to the satisfaction when there's a real person behind the family you're ruining, instead of just computer AI.

I'll add you to my list, of not inviting. I only play good. You're scaring me.:'(
But there are plenty who would love to mess up your world. You won't be alone.;)
