Only ONE Pre-Order Code Used At A Time (Per Game)...?

After various calls to Xbox Tech Support (whom I assume have flunked out of India's DELL Tech Support school), we're both in confused agreement that while you can download any and all pre-order DLC to the same GamerTag, you can only have ONE in-use at a time when beginning/playing Fable 3... Which is a complete crock. Please, someone tell me they've done otherwise, and I can call and scream at these people again tomorrow?

you mean the weapon and tattoo codes?

i dont see any reason why they wouldnt be able to be used together.
otherwise its a waste of a code...
 
Yeah. I've used the Channeler and tattoo code, which shows as "Fable III Day 1 DLC" on the HDD, but when I download another pre-order code's content, it's overwritten. I can go back into Download History and change them up, but only one pre-order's content can be used at any given time. I still have Amazon.com's pre-order code, and Games.co.uk's pre-order code to use... XD
 
hmm, well no else seems to have complained about this.
you could try deleting all the dlc from your hard drive, then re-installing it all and see what happens.
 
Yeah. I'm gonna try a few things, before totally giving up. I've still got a reference number to call Xbox back tomorrow. But I mainly posted this thread in case someone else does have the similar problem, or mostly if they ARE able to start the game with more than one added pre-order weapon/tattoo.
 
Finally heard from a friend who was able to get all her DLC, so I'd made another call to Xbox. And apparently even after playing the game to the point where they're unlocked, I only got one. I received another direct download from Xox Live for the DLC code that messed up. XD Yay, now have all added DLC except the stupid controller tattoo.
 
Nah, I managed to get it all on one character.

Hell, I'm using a mix of the DLC tattoos because it looks coolest (they look awful if you use all the same one).
 
Not all dlc is unlocked at start... They are unlocked over time.... With some not unlocking till 50% into the game
 
Yeah. What I meant was that while trying to redeem them without the game installed or even the game disc in, one of my codes went null somehow. It wasn't even listed in my Download History. But according to Xbox Live, they showed that I tried to redeem it, so I was given another one. Well, not another code, but they just activated it for me on my account manually. There was an error code and such. Basically, within the game when it was time for those pre-order weapons and tattoos to be unlocked, I didn't get one that I had redeemed. So the tech support fixed it. I had panicked for nothing, almost. XD
 
Speaking of codes, does anyone know if the ones downloaded from the market place or the ones that you get with every new copy of the game only work while you're playing on x-box live? cause they're downloaded to my hard-drive, but only my Live profile has the DLC's, my Offline profile only got the Gamestop tattoo and weapon.
