Options crashes my game

Hey, i have got a problem with my fable that is making me kind of ****ed of. Here is the thing i install the game and everything works fine i can even start to play it. But the very minute i enter Vidoe option or key options , my game crash, and thats not all, once it crashed 1 time it crash everytime i try to start it again, i get as far asto when u are supposed to left click to continue but when i do it crash again.

Does anyon have any clue what it is thts causing this and what can be done

I've had this before. Turned out my very, very old graphics card was not supported by Fable. Watcha using?

Well it appears i found the problem. I continued seratching frums about this problem and it seems it was my K-lite Codec Pack that was messing it up, so i followed eumesmo12e's advice and removed it and now it works.

Ah yes the old k-Lite Codec Pack problems, its a good job Eumesmo found that problem and a fix because many people have had that issue.
