Previously only available on PC and PS4 Outlast appeared out of nowhere onto the Xbox Store and is now available to buy for £15.99 / US$19.99 / AU$26.95 (available to play June 24th according to CVG).
Outlast pits you as journalist Miles Upshur, who breaks into the Mount Massive Asylum and discovers what the release blurb calls "a terrifying line between science and religion, nature and something else entirely.
Microsoft had said that it would be working on a case by case basis in regards to the platform parity agreement and that seems to be the case here. Good news for indie developers and gamers a like and a step in the right direction for everyone involved.
