None of the See the Future dyes can be traded.

Can't be traded, you have to visit the locations again to find it.

At the beginning I went to the windmill but the dye was'nt there, it was a potion.

I don't think the performer's is in the wind mill. Have you checked the Hobbe Cave? or The Well? I know there's a lot of treasure in both of those places.
