Well, it's no grounds for banning or suspending someone - and it is only fair that he have an opportunity to defend himself if need be.

but...isnt this the guy who continuosly lies about finding things that arent modded, only to later be exposed by one of the other members?

Play nice children - Perhaps he used the trainer and unwillingly enabled the sword? And he said that his PC crashed, not uncomming thing trainers do when messing about with the game files.


This horse is pretty much beaten, dead, ressurected and finally beaten to death again, so I'll close this topic.
