PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok so im at where you hafta find captain dreads tresure. I know where it all is and i got it all except 1. its the burried one by the shovel. when i went to dig it up i started digging and an enemy attacked me(a beetle i forgot to kill) and now my dog cant find it again so i cant try to dig it again! what do i do?!?!?!?!??!?!?!?!?!!?!?!

oh and plus it says i havent gotten it so it cant be that i do have it..plus i noe i dont have it cuz it says that i only picked up 13500 coins instead of the full 15000

If a dig site is glitched you will probably have to restart the quest

I had this happen to me too. You have to find the exact location of the dig spot without help from the dog, then manually use the spade in that spot. You will dig up the treasure just fine. The same thing happen if you get attacked while digging up something for the archeologist.
