Okay so I try to download the .net framework 3.5 that oldboy gave me a link to and it gets around ten percent done with then download when another screen pops up, this is what it looks like http://tinypic.com/usermedia.php?uo=bXcZ8DDMLuSi6MA1PSdQ/oh4l5k2TGxc and when I press run it just shuts down the download.

Nope. That's not it. Save the program locally. As in to a permanent location in your harddrive and not your temporary internet files.

Like go to save then go to my computer and save to local disk c? Because i tried that with the same exact issue.

thats my entire problem, it wont let me download any of the .net framework.

sorry if im being confusing, i mean it becomes partially downloaded then says something about an anonymous publisher and asks if i wish to continue or something fairly close to that but when i hit continue or okay it just shuts down the download.
