New Zealanders call Football soccer, i've gotten use to it.

and they sometimes call rugby or league fotball..

i heard of aussie rules football (is different), do u know if its as violent as i heard? (worse than ice hockey)

Yea its pretty ferocious sport.. not sure if its worse then Ice Hockey though..

Its pretty kool game.. like rugby but yea.. different in some ways.

It's not violent per se. It's just rough. Not as rough as Rugby though. I saw a guy once who had had his earlobe ripped offO.o

Also, we call Aussie Rules Football football (abbreviated to footy). It's more football than Rugby, and sometimes soccer.

Oh yeah and one more thing, GO THE BLUES!!!

sorry i disappeared, got yelled at 4 bein on pc at half 1 in the morning... oops.
im sorry but i am unable to appreciate any sport which is commonly referred to simply as football or footy. thats wat happens when 'soccer' is seen as your national sport. well, it does to me, anyway.

Oh yea you live in England so that football is your main sport, in new zealand its mainly Rugby and Rugby league..

You either Like Rugby and hate League or You hate rugby and like League..

you cant like both, its stupid.
